What We Pour

The Menu

Classic Egg Cream

A New York institution

Fox’s U-Bet chocolate syrup, whole milk, and a long pull of cold seltzer. The original. The only.

House Fountain Soda

Changes with the season

Rotating house-made syrups — seasonal fruit, botanicals, and the occasional surprise — over fresh-pulled seltzer.

Fresh-Pulled Seltzer

Plain or with a splash

Straight from the tap. Cold, sharp, and clean. The backbone of everything we do.

Signature Coffee

Sourced from Brooklyn roasters

A tight coffee program built around single-origin espresso. Served black, with milk, or over ice.

Vanilla Cream

A crowd favorite

House vanilla syrup, whole milk, seltzer. Lighter than an egg cream, sweeter than plain soda.

Our Story

New York had soda fountains on every corner. Then it didn't.

For most of the twentieth century, the soda fountain was the heartbeat of the New York neighborhood — a place where you lingered, where the counterman knew your order, where a glass of egg cream cost a dime and tasted like the city itself.

We built Syrup & Seltzer to bring that back — not as nostalgia, but as something living. House-made syrups, fresh-pulled seltzer, and the classics done right. On wheels, across the five boroughs.
